I do not sell visitor data and I do not run ads on this site.
Hosting
The site is static files on GitHub Pages. GitHub’s servers see the usual request metadata (IP address, user agent, referrer) in access logs. I do not run Universal Analytics or a marketing pixel.
Comments
Comments on posts use Giscus, which is GitHub Discussions. GitHub’s privacy policy applies when you leave a comment while signed in to GitHub. TIL notes do not have comments.
Contact form
The contact form is hosted by Wufoo. Whatever you submit goes to me through that form. Do not send secrets you would not put in email.
Search
Search runs in your browser against a Pagefind index of the public HTML. Queries do not go to a third-party search SaaS.
Cookies
The theme preference (light / dark) is stored in localStorage on your device. There is no login cookie for the site itself.
